These easy, homemade condensed milk biscuits or cookies are thick, and soft. These cookies are ideal for breakfast because they are good dipped in latte.
Condensed Milk Cookies
- Preparation time: 15 minutes+cooking time
- Ingredients for 88 small cookies
- Difficulty: Easy recipe
- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 500 grams of all-purpose flour
- 160 grams of butter
- 150 grams of honey
- 80 grams of condensed milk
- 60 grams of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whip the butter with the sugar until it becomes white and soft. Add the egg, the warm honey, and the condensed milk. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
- Shape the cookies with the cookie gun on a flat surface, take them with a cookie cutter and arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, spacing them well because they will grow a bit during cooking.
- Bake in the oven for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
Tips to ensure the success of the dish:
- For the cookie gun to work, it must not be placed on baking paper. To help me, I use the kitchen counter and then move them later. With the micro-perforated mat, you can “shoot” them directly onto the baking sheet.
- The cooking time in the oven is indicative because each oven cooks differently. My oven cooks them in seventeen minutes.
