There are bars on the market that recall the name of a famous English ship whose crew mutinied to stay and live in Tahiti.
The various versions, very close to the original, require the use of condensed milk and a lot of sugar. If I’m on a diet and want a sweet that’s not too sugary, I make these ones.

Coconut and chocolate bar

  • Preparation time: 39 minutes
  • Serves 14 bars, 22grams each
  • Difficulty: Easy recipe

  • Ingredients
  • 100 grams of whole vanilla or coconut yogurt
  • 70 grams of coconut flour
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  1. Instructions
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the coconut flour. Shape the bars using your hands and arrange them on a baking sheet line with parchment paper in the freezer for a few minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  4. Take the bars and dip them well in the melted chocolate to coat. Place them back on the baking paper and let them harden in the refrigerator.
  5. I also have some silicone containers to make ice. In this case I put the chocolate first, then the coconut mixture and then more chocolate to form bonbons. Once they are firm in the fridge I shell them and they are also very nice to look at.
  6. Store in the fridge for a couple of days
