- 1 lb. 5 oz (600 grams) of valerian salad
- 1 Annurca apple
- 2 oz (50 grams) of shelled walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Raspberry vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Wash and dry the salad.
- Wash the apple well and cut it into very thin wedges, removing the core.
