I saw this combination of flavors on the French blog Chocmiel cusine. I tried to remake it following the instructions but there was too much mustard and not enough tomato. So, I adapted the recipe. It turned out to be a quick, fresh summer meal that is good both warm and cold.
Mustard and Greek Yogurt Tart

- 1 roll of puff pastry
- For the filling:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt with the mustard, honey, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
- Unroll the puff pastry, poke the dough with a fork.
- Spread the yogurt sauce on the bottom, arrange the tomato slices.
- Bake for about forty minutes.
Tips to ensure the success of the dish:
