  • 4 veal slice
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • 1 handful of desalted capers

  6. Season with salt and pepper. When cooked, add the chopped parsley and the desalted capers.

Tips to ensure the success of the dish:

  • Always beat the meat to tenderize it. It is not an option.
  • The flour must be light. It is necessary to flour the meat when it is not too moist or wet to avoid creating a layer of “breading.” For this reason, it is always advisable to pat the meat dry first with a paper towel.
  • Always season after cooking.
